Mino spent nine years in Tokyo, Japan furthering his knowledge within the industry. Through hard work and dedication he perfected his technique in both cutting and color. After analyzing each client’s natural hair texture and growth pattern, Mino is able to perform a precision haircut which is both fashion forward and easy to maintain. in 1995 Mino started his career behind the chair in New York at Aerea Salon and later continued at Ted Gibson Salon. Mino combined his enthusiasm for New York City and the beauty industry to build a talented team of experienced hairstylists.

Rin Lin is an experienced hair stylist with more than 6 years experience of doing fashion hair styles, cutting and coloring since 2014. Her prior related job experience include working at at &Hair Lounge, Layers Hair Salon, Techni hair Salon and Unfade Hair Studio. She has also taken classes from Wella professional, Alfaparf Milano and Lanza Hair Care to keep herself updated with the most recent trends and skills in the hair-styling field. Her skill sets include cutting techniques, coloring, highlights, colormelting, balayage and creative colors. With her skill sets and her experience serving clients from different cultures (from American to Asian hair styles), Rin is always able to give her clients who have different hair types and various unique styling requests the greatest satisfaction with her excellent customer service and attitude.

Carson Born in Brooklyn and raised in Kuala Lumpur, Carson was 16 when he discovered his passion for working with hair. Since his return to New York, Carson has continued to hone his skills as a Senior Stylist at Hair Philosophy where clients seek him out for his mastery of balayage and foilayage techniques. A graduate of the prestigious, globally recognized Vidal Sassoon Academy, Carson specializes in haircuts with wet/dry texture layering and precise bob cut. He is always looking to develop and add new techniques to his skill set which now include air touch balayage/ombré.
Carson enjoys traveling and learning from hair techniques from around the world. He recently traveled to Rome, Italy where he immersed himself in the culture and at a popular barber shop to sharpen his skills and focus on men's haircuts.

He specializes in Coloring of Balayage, Foilyage, Highlights, all over Color, Multi-dimensional colors, and fun colors He has been a Colorist at Hair philosophy for the past 2 years and has over 6 years of coloring experience. The wildest color he has ever dyed her hair was white sliver and it was his favorite.

Kazuki has been dedicating his time in cosmetology industry for the last 15 years, his passion in doing hair is what keep him moving forward and face different challenges throughout his career. He had the honor to participate in NYFW 2015-2017, which strengthen his styling skills and keep him at the frontline of fashion.
He specialize in scissor cutting (both men and women) and coloring (balayage/ombré, double process, color correction, etc.) Customer satisfaction is his top priority. Three years later, he returned to Guangzhou, China, to work as a hairstylist. He went to Japan many times to learn hair-cutting techniques. With his love and talent, he worked as the technical director of a well-known salon in Guangzhou. In 2019, he came to New York and worked in a well-known Japanese salon in Manhattan for a year. At 2020, he joined Hair Philosophy as a senior hair stylist. He specializes in cutting, coloring, perm, and scalp analysis. He has also worked as a hairstylist for fashion shows, editorial and bridal updo. He is very good at cutting of any hairstyle.
